MK PayDay LLC is a licensed credit access business in Texas and arranges payday loans for members of its affiliated company, Multikrd LLC. MK PayDay does not offer the loan, as the loan is made by a third party lender, Rand Arcadia Investments, LLC. MK PayDay LLC is a separate company with its own terms, use, rates, privacy policy and products. MK PayDay LLC cannot guarantee that you will be offered a loan or extension of consumer credit by the third party lender. Credit decisions are not made by MK PayDay LLC but are made by the third party lender.
Benefits offered by Multikrd LLC are in no way related to, conditioned upon, or subject to any services or purchase of services or products from MK PayDay LLC. Any loans arranged by MK PayDay LLC are not a condition precedent to obtaining benefits and discounts through Multikrd LLC.
MK PayDay LLC reserves the right to make changes at any time to the Site or these Terms of Use. Any modifications to these Terms of Use will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Site following posting of any revised Terms of Use will constitute acceptance of the modified Terms of Use.
